【 About The Meet-At-Venue Plan 】
1. Plane fares and airport-to-hotel fees are not included. Please make your way to the hotel by 2016/4/9 (Sat).
2. Please check-in by yourself.
3. There will be a counter especially for the tour, please check the event meet up time and venue with the counter.
In the case that there isn’t a guide available (or if you arrive late at night), please check the whiteboard for the schedule. (The whiteboard will be there 24h)
4. Limited to 2 nights. (Extended or amended hotel stay is not permitted)
5. Checkout is up till 12:00pm. (You will be charged by the hotel if you do not check out by 12:00)
